超声辐射制备纳米铜镓合金/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合粒子的研究
Preparation of Cu-Ga/PMMA Nanocompsoites by Ultrasonic
摘要
Abstract
Ultrasonic irradiation technique was employed to prepared Cu-Ga/polymethyl methacrylate nano-particles. TEM, FT-IR, TG-DSC and XRD were performed to characterize the nanoparticles. The results indicated that there were chemical actions between Cu-Ga alloy and PMMA and that the nanocomposite particles formed were rabdoid. The testing results showed that the Tg(85 ℃) was lower than the pure PMMA 's(104 ℃),and the decomposition temperature(380 ℃) was higher than the pure PMMA's(370 ℃).关键词
