A Preliminary Study on the Coordination Modes Between Cu(Ⅱ) ion and β-Amyloid Peptide with the Method of Model Compounds
摘要
Abstract
Coordination modes between Cu(II) ion and β-amyloid peptide(Aβ) were studied by syntheses of model complexes to mimic the coordination environments. On the basis of crystal data and electronic spectra data of the model complexes,it was that N2O2 coordination mode might not be the proper coordination mode between Cu(II) ion and β-amyloid peptide.关键词
