反相胶束体系中氯过氧化物酶催化氧化吲哚的"超活性"研究
Study on the superactivity of oxidation of indole catalyzed by chloroperoxidase in reverse micelles

Abstract
Chloroperoxidase (CPO) was found to have a superactivity in reverse micelles formed by DTAB/CTAB-isooctane-water. The oxidation activity of CPO was enhanced up to 177% and 156 % in the DTAB/CTAB-isooctane-water media respectively. The effects of water content and surfactants concentration on the catalytic performance of CPO were investigated. Moreover, the intermediate stability was studied based on the comparison of the Soret band of CPO-H_2O_2 complexes in reversed micelles to that in aqueous system. It was found a "bell shaped" dependences between the surfactants concentration or water content and the oxidation activity CPO,and enhancement in the intermediate stability in reversed micelles solutions.关键词
