Abstract
Objective:To study the influence on ovarian function after operation with electric coagulation in stripping endometriotic cyst under laparoscopy. Methods:39 patients with endometriotic cyst were chosen and performed with the hemostatic method of electric coagulation in the operation under laparoscopy. The serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and estradiol (E_2) were detected; basal antral follicle number (Fo) and peak systolic velocity (PSV) in ovarian stroma was monitored through transvaginal ultrasound as judging ovary reserve function before and after operation, and 6 months later. Results: The serum FSH and LH level in post-operation and 6 months later were significantly higher than pre-operation, while E_2, Fo, and PVS were apparently decreased. There were 8 patients (24.2%) whose ovarian function decreased after operation.Conclusions:The hemostatic method of electric coagulation can negatively effect on ovarian reservation during stripping endometriotic cyst under laparoscopy.关键词
