摘要
Abstract
In order to remove affection produced by polymer in the produced fluid to emulsification, dehydration and sewage treatment production stream in well site through injecting polymer and polymer gel profile control in HuaBei Oilfield. Based on different densities' of polymer in the produced fluid, through studying of the laboratory, has researched the influence rule of polymer content to demulsification and dehydration, and has determined the essential formula of polymer treating agent. The essential formula can adapt to 30 -60℃ and react 0. 5-1 h. Using it can make the polymer solution viscosity reduce and nearly reach to the water viscosity (water viscosity is 3. 0 mPa·s under the same condition) regardless different densities' and types of polymer. It is insensitive to the oil quality so that it can use extensively. It can enhance well demulsification and dehydration and sewage treating effect of produced fluid and has weak corrosiveness to the equipments in the field if haven't changed the e-mulsion breaker.This polymer treating agent has already applied in field.关键词
