摘要
Abstract
Different column chromatography methods were used in a search for compounds in the plant Daphne bholua. Ethanol extract of the aerial parts of the plant has resulted in the isolation of twelve compounds. Based on ESI-MS and NMR spectra data,they were identified as luteolin(1) ,genkwanin(2) ,genkwanin 5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3) ,3'-hy-droxy-genkwanin(4) ,velutin(5) ,isoneochamaejasmin A(6) ,genkwanol B(7) ,oleodaphnone(8) ,ferulaldehyde(9), vanillin (10) ,ethylparaben( 11) ,β-sitosterol( 12). All these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
