开封产两个菊花品种的脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析
Analysis of the Liposoluble Constituents from Two Kinds Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat by GC/MS in Kaifeng

Abstract
The liposoluble constituents from the two kinds Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat were extracted by soxhlet extraction,and their components were analyzed by GC-MS. Forty-six compounds were extracted from C. Morifolium of the white petal,in which thirty-nine were identified,accounting for 97.05% of the total constituents. Sixty-one were extracted from C. Morifolium. Of the purple white petal,in which forty-nine were identified,accounting for 90.17% of the total constituents. The content of fatty acids and hydrocarbon compounds were the significant difference of the two kinds of C. Morifolium.关键词
