摘要

Abstract

Aqueous two-phase extraction system (ATPE) which formed with water, alcohol and ammonium sulfate,is used to purify flavonoids substance and remove hydrophilic substance. This experiment identified the different influence factors of purification effect which included different salt,different volume rate of water and alcohol and addition of salt. Ammonium sulfate had the best parvafacies effect, and 2. 5 g ammonium sulfate just can satisfy the parvafacies. (1) In the ATPE of 5 mL alcohol + 5 mL distilled water + 5 g ammonium sulfate +0.15 g crude extraction( the content of crude extraction is 25% ) .recovery percent of flavonoids substance is 89.2% ,and the percent of flavonoids is 47. 6% in the purification product. (2)In the ATPE of 4 mL alcohol + 5 mL distilled water + 5 g ammonium sulfate +0.15 g crude extraction (the content of crude extraction is 25% ) , recovery percent of flavonoids substance is 81.9% , and the percent of flavonoids substance is 50.9% in the purification product. Literatures which purify the flavonoid substance of hawthorn leaves with ATPE including water, alcohol and ammonium sulfate, are seldom reported. This experiment using ATPE method can enhance the percent of flavonoid from 25% to 47.6% ,and the recovery percent is 89%.
