十种蜂花粉醇提物对酪氨酸酶的二酚氧化活性抑制作用研究
Inhibitory Effects of Ethanolic Extracts from Ten Kinds of Bee Pollen on the Activity of Tyrosinase to Oxidize Diphenol

Abstract
Inhibitory effects of ethanol extracts from ten kinds of bee pollen on the activity of tyrosinase to oxidize diphe-nol were studied,which were schisandra pollen,peach pollen,dandelion pollen,hawthorn pollen, wild ageratum pollen, mixed pollen,amboyna pollen,wild rose pollen,yellow rose pollen,chrysanthemum indicum pollen. The results showed that ethanol extracts from ten kinds of bee pollen had obvious inhibitory activities on tyrosinase oxidation. The higher concentration of ethanol extracts of bee pollen showed the higher inhibition on the activity of tyrosinase. Ethanol extracts of dandelion,amboyna,wild rose pollen had the stronger inhibitory activity of tyrosinase. Ethanol extracts of schisandra, wild ageratum pollen had the stronger inhibitory activity of tyrosinase to oxidize diphenol.关键词
