网络化钻井企业资源计划系统体系结构研究
A study on the framework of Network Drilling Enterprise Resource Planning (NDERP) Model

Abstract
Due to a big investment in the oil and gas drilling and the difficulty in the management and control of the drilling materials, the traditional ways of drilling material supply management and the corresponding software have become difficult to meet the needs for the drilling sector in the market at present. Therefore, in order to optimize the whole process of the drilling material supply management, improve the profit, and control the cost, we combined the idea of enterprise resource planning (ERP) with the practical management in drilling companies to establish a Network Drilling Enterprise Resource Planning (NDERP) model based on computer network. Through constructing Oil Drilling Bill of Materials (ODBOM), this model per-formed the tasks including the optimization of the drilling material supply, the integration of the resources for a drilling enter-prise such as plans and funds, and the cooperation and information sharing among the drilling enterprises, customers, suppliers and drilling design departments. All these tasks can be shown by a framework of this model. This NDERP model provides as-sistant support for a drilling company to shorten the circle of drilling material supply, reduce the inventory cost, and realize sci-entific management and networked control of the drilling material supply process. This arouses our interest in a new discussion on finding better ways of drilling enterprise resources planning, the management and the organization of drilling material supply links.关键词
