摘要

Abstract

In ordor to evaluate comprehensively environmental risk of pesticide Abamectin, the photolysis dynamics of Abamectin in water was studied. Moreover, the effects of wavelength, intensity of simulative sunshine and different matter appended on the photolysis rate were researched. Finally the photolysis products were identified by LC/MS, and the degradation mechanism was put forward. The results showed that the radiation wavelength of ultraviolet lamp had obvious effect on the photolytic degradation rate, and shorter wavelength was more favorable for the photolytic degradation; When the intensity of simulative sunshine became stronger, the photolytic degradation rate increased; Moreover, the photolytic degradation could be accelerated added by different matter such as 1% H_2O_2, 0.1% TiO_2 and 10% acetone; Two possible photolysis products of Abamectin were found by the analysis of TIC and MS chromatogram, and their retention time was 6.201 and 14.344 min, and molecular weight(MW) was 450 and 642 respectively; At last possible pathway of Abamectin photolysis was put forward.
