摘要
Abstract
The characteristic of ATM networks has a sequence of influence on the video image. Traditional coding schemes are not the best choice for ATM. A variable-bit-rate video coding scheme based on mathematical morphological operations is proposed. Experimental results show that the subjective, objective qualities of the reconstruction images are quite good and the compression ratio is fairly high.关键词
