Abstract
The method of optimization for waste water discharged exit was applied in water pollution cotrol system planning for the Qishuihe River. The nonlinear influence on linearization was overcomed when segmenting waste water treatment efficiency, beacause the gray parameter was introduced into gray section. The visual simulation plat for water pollution control system was built by using Simulink/Matlab, then simulate to water pollution control system plan for Qishuihe River, so the scientific basis can be provided for water pollution control system plan in Qishuihe River.关键词
