摘要
Abstract
Most of the final stage nephritic patients regard the kidney transplantation as the best way to improve their qualities of life.With the rapid progress of medical science,the operation itself is not hard any more.However,the biggest problem is the severe shortage of donators and it still puzzle the doctors and patients.The best way to solve this problem is living kidney transplantation.However,the living kidney transplantation use the organs of healthy persons to save the patients.There are still many issues and disputes in ethics and morality.We discussed the application content and necessity of the Temporary Rule in Clinical Application of Organs Transplantation Techniques of Human Bodies.Its application obtains the same protection on the right of donors and recipients.关键词
