cDNA library construction methods and its application in cell transplantation
摘要
Abstract
cDNA library is one of the basic tools to discover new gene and study gene function.It plays an important role in gene separation and cloning.Target genes are screened from cDNA libraries,and are used directly for expression.With the development of molecular biology,the methods of construction of cDNA libraries have improved and enhanced greatly.This article introduced the basic principle and methods of cDNA library construction,discussed other types of cDNA library construction to analyze the cONA library judgment standard and prospect its clinical practice.关键词
