同种异体鼻中隔四方软骨修补鼻中隔穿孔:9例报告
Homogeneity variant quadratic cartilage of nasal septum for repairing of nasal septal perforation in 9 cases
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To study a new treatment to repair perforation of nasal septum using the homogeneity variant quadratic cartilage of nasal septum.METHOD:Nine cases of nasal septal perforation using the homogeneity variant quadratic cartilage of nasal septum were repaired in Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery,Third Xiangya Hospital,Central South University from January 2004 to October 2008.We detach the mucosa which surround the perforation area of the nasal septum then fix the homogeneity variant quadratic cartilage of nasal septum under the mucosa of nasal septum to cover the perforation of nasal septal totally.RESULTS:No active bleeding occurred at 48 hours after operation in all cases.There was no graft shifting after expulsed the gauze.The 6-18 month follow-up showed that perforation in 9 cases was all successful with primary healing without rejection or recurrence of perforation of nasal septum.CONCLUSION:Homogeneity variant quadratic cartilage of nasal septum for repairing of nasal septal perforation is a good method without side-effects,and it can be an approach for reference in clinical purpose.关键词
