摘要
Abstract
Although artificial esophagus has displayed some efficacy in treating malignant esophageal stenosis and esophageal fistula, it has great complications, such as anastomotic stoma fistula, stenosis, necrosis and regurgitation. Moreover, this treatment may sacrifice some digestive tracts, leading to digestive functional disorder and nutrition malabsorption. In selection of materials, the problems to reduce complication and solve biocompatibility and mechanical compatibility remain controversial. This paper explored the application and development of artificial esophagus from aspects of material selection and safety.关键词
