摘要

Abstract

Spare parts support is an important research field for improving operational readiness and reducing Life Cycle Cost (LCC) of equipments. This paper analyzes the status quo of repairable spares support models and applications, and establishes a radar re-pairable spares optimization model based on Multi-Echelon Technique for Repairable Item Control(METRIC) model basic theory and the practice of radar repairable spare parts support. The model chooses the Expect Baekorder(EBO) parameter as the optimi-zing object, applying Marginal Efficiency Analysis(MEA) algorithm to optimize the allocation of spares between bases and depot. Finally, the method was verified by an example.
