Abstract
Military manpower management is an important part of politics task. Based on an evaluation item system for military personnel, contribution of military personnel is valued. Under a certain condition, human resources in army units are distributed according to level arrangement based on dynamic programming model, in pursuit of obtaining the greatest integrative value contribution and the least manpower cost, achieving the combination of army level and structure, and improving human resources optimal allocation in army units on the whole.关键词
