Study on Differentiated Product Supply Chain Network Equilibrium Model with Customer Service
摘要
Abstract
The level of customer service has become an important way for enterprises to enlarge their market share. As a result, a supply chain network with multi-manufacturers and multi-retailers is considered in this paper. The consumer choice preference is described more appropriately by means of service level of manufacturers and retailers, order fill rate and retail price. Equilibrium conditions of supplier, retailer and demand market as well as the whole supply chain network are established by using variational inequality and their economic explanation are presented. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the rationality of our model.关键词
