云南不同花魔芋品种生产力分析
Yield and Quality Analysis of Different Varieties of Amorphophsllus konjac in Yunnan Province
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate yield and quality of different varieties of Amorphophsllus konjac in Yunnan province, the characters of aboveground and underground parts, yield, and contents of dry matter and konjac glucomannan of 6 Amorphophallus konjac varieties, including MH15, CX2, LJ, HZ, DG and FY (CK), were determined. The results showed that LJ had many good characters, such as high output, broad compatibility and its comprehensive character was the best. It is suggested that LJ can be extended in Yunnan province after further study.关键词
