摘要

Abstract

By the single factor test and orthogonal test, the effects of different sources of carbon, nitrogen and inorganic salts on the growth of Phlebopus portentosus mycelia were studied. The results showed that the best carbon source and nitrogen source were glucose and yeast cream, respectively. KH_2PO_4 and MgSO_4·7H_2O were the most suitable mineral salts. The optimal compositions were as follows: glucose 20 g, yeast cream 1 g, MgSO_4·7H_2O 1.5g, KH_2PO_4 1 g, potato 200 g, agar 20 g, H_2O 1 L.
