摘要
Abstract
A modified electrode was fabricated by means of electrodeposition nickel-nickel oxide and copper-cuprous oxide on a glassy carbon electrode in the solution of Ni~(2+) and Cu~(2+). It can catalyze the reduction of H_2O_2 at an applied potential of -0.3 V. The response current was linearly changed with the concentration of H_2O_2 in a range from 2.5×10~(-6) to 2.8×10~(-3) mol/L. The effects of assay conditions on performances of hydrogen peroxide sensor were studied. The preparation of the sensor is simple. The sensor was used for the determination of real samples containing hydrogen peroxide with satisfactory recovery and result.关键词
