摘要

Abstract

A rapid manufacture method for blade of tidal stream turbine which is the energy capture device in exploitation of tidal stream energy was put forward using CAD, reverse technology and rapid prototyping technology. Testing models were manufactured using this method. Results show that models manufactured by RP technology can meet the requirements of hydrodynamics testing both on structure strength and precision, compared with the casting turbine models. And the models with different vane shapes manufactured by RP technology can be optimized by model testing.
