摘要

Abstract

Aiming at some cracks that were appeared on the drum shell, main shaft and around manholes in the main shaft device of a mine hoist with single -winding wire rope at times, a modern design method was put forward herein, where the softwares of Pro/ENGINEER, HyperMesh and ANSYS were comprehensively used to construct the three dimensional solid model, and to simulate and analyze the stress and strain fields of the main shaft device numerically,and the software of Opti-Struct was creatively applied to optimize the manhole structure of the main shaft device in order to resolve the weakness in structure and to ensure its safe operation in normal working condition, The research results show that: the computational results basically consist with the common failure in the shaft device,the stress around manholes is reduced by about 26. 7%. The research result has been applied to design the manhole and sidestep structure of the main shaft device in JK -hoist by the corporate design department, and the effect in the practical operation is satisfactory.
