Reliability-based Robust Design of Vehicle Semiaxle with Arbitrary Distribution Parameters
摘要
Abstract
Techniques from the stochastic perturbation method, the fourth moment technique, the reliability - based design theory and optimization technique, the reliability sensitivity technique and the robust design method were employed to present a practical and effective method for the reliability-based robust design of vehicle semiaxle with arbitrary distribution parameters. The reliability sensitivity which is one of a objective function was added to the reliability-based optimization design model and the reliability-based robust design was described as a multi - objective optimization problem of reliability, minimum of weight and minimum of reliability sensitivity. Under the conditions of given the first four moments of original random,the theoretical formulae of reliability-based robust of vehicle semiaxle with arbitrary distribution parameters were obtained. According to the numerical results, the proposed approach is a practical and effective method.关键词
