Fatigue Reliability Test Study of Automobile Engine Roller Chain
摘要
Abstract
According to the fatigue test norms of the chain drive in ISO15654 - 2004(precision roller chain fatigue test method for chain driving) ,the distribution law of fatigue life of high-speed automobile chain was studied based on fatigue reliability test of automobile oil-pump chain roller chain 06BT-1, using the group method and the up -down method. Relationship curve between the fatigue life and the load level corresponding to the different relative reliabilities was established. The "cross mode" relations of the group method and the up -down method was discussed through the comprehensive test.关键词
