Abstract
AIM: To study the influence of creati-nine clearance on serum methotrexate ( MTX) concentration in high-dose methotrexate ( HDMTX) therapy. METHODS: The data was collected from 44 children who were diagnosed of acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) or non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), and were administered with 106 doses of HDMTX from Feb, 2006 to May, 2008. The association between creatinine clearance and serum methotrexate concentration at 24 and 42 h were retrospectively analyzed, by SPSS 12.0 format. RESULTS: There was a significant correlation between creatinine clearance and 24 h serum methotrexate concentration (P < 0.05) . while was no significant correlation between creatinine clearance and 42 h serum methotrexate concentration( P > 0.05) . CONCLUSION: Creatinine clearance can be related with 24 h serum methotrexate concentration, and can be referenced in estimating 24 h serum methotrexate concentration .关键词
