猪伪狂犬病病毒JSZ株的分离鉴定及其病毒核酸的分布规律
Isolation and identification of porcine pseudorabies virus strain JSZ and its nucleotide distribution in vivo

Abstract
A specific band was amplified from suspicious samples collected from dead piglets on a Jiangsu pig farm using PCR with a pair of specific primers for porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV). The cyto-pathic effect was observed in PK-15 cells infected with the samples at hour 24 post-inoculation. The PRV infected PK-15 cells was identified by PCR method and indirect immunofluorescence assay. The PRV isolate resulted in intense itch and death in challenged rabbits,and in persistent fever and seizures in chal-lenged piglets. The PRV nucleotides were detected widely in organs and tissues of the naturally infected piglets by PCR method,and the detection ratio in spleen was as high as 100%. In experimental challenge, the period of PRV shedding from infected piglets was about 13 d when the swab samples collected from rec-tum or nasal cavity were detected by PCR. The results revealed that the PRV isolate was virulent and the spleen was the most sensitive target organ for PRV detection.关键词
