蚊虫抗凝血活性物质的药理学应用前景
Application prospect of anticoagulant substances from mosquitoes on pharmacology
摘要
Abstract
To provide references for further studies on anticoagulant substances secreting from salivary glands of mosquitoes in the course of bloodsucking,the classification of mosquito anticoagulant substances was briefly introduced. Mechanism of anticoagulant action of a group of potential pharmacological sub-stances such as thrombin inhibitor,antiplatelet agglutination factor,phothrombinase complex inhibitor,and transfusion tube substance was reviewed. The application on pharmacology was prospected,too. Besides,it was put forward that studies on the structure and function of the anticoagulant substances could contribute new thoughts to development of drugs for treatment of angiocardicpathy.关键词
