牛源支气管败血波氏杆菌的分离与鉴定
Isolation and identification of Bordetella bronchiseptica from calves
摘要
Abstract
Three bacterial strains were isolated from the cultures of samples from the calves with re-spiratory disease on a dairy farm in Heilongjiang Province in 2008 and identified to be Bordetella bronchi-septica by the biochemical criteria and their morphological and cultural characteristics. The clinical isolates were sensitive to norfloxacin, amikacin, gentamycin and chloramphenicol, and they caused skin necrosis in guinea pig. The sequence of 16 S rRNA gene from the clinical isolates shared 100% homology with that from strain Bb RB50(BX640449) available in GenBank. The results showed that these clinical isolates were B. bronchiseptica.关键词
