Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To facilitate the informatization process of logistics of hospital drugs. METHODS: A supply chain-based informatization management was created and put into practice to replace the traditional logistic model of drugs in hospital drug storehouse. RESULTS: The informatization management greatly reduced the labor intensity of the drug store-house, up 73% in check & acceptance efficiency and up 47% in invoice entry efficiency. CONCLUSION: The new method that informatization management of logistics help improve the work efficiency of drug storehouse and reduce administration cost, which thus is worthy of popularization in the management of hospital drug storehouses.关键词
