Abstract
To investigate the stability of reduced glutathionc for injection after mixing with inosine and glucose injection in order to provide evidence for clinical rational drug use. METHODS: HPLC was employed to determine the content change after mixing reduced glutathione for injection with inosine and glucose injection, and the change of the mixture in appearance, pH and insoluble particles were also observed. RESULTS: There was little change in appearance, pH and content within 6 h after mixing, insoluble particles were obvious in the first 4 hours. CONCLUSION: Reduced glutathione for injection can be mixed with inosine and glucose injection for use, and it is better for the mixture be used within 4～6 h.关键词
