丹参多酚酸口腔崩解片处方及工艺研究
Formulation and Preparation Technology of Salvianolic Acid Orally Disintegrating Tablets

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the formulation and preparation technology of salvianolic acid orally disintegrating tablets. METHODS: Single-factor method was employed to optimize the pressure, lubricant and correctant; and orthogonal design was employed to optimize the disintegrant and wetting agent. RESULTS: The optimized formulation was as follows: 34.3 N (pressure), 12% salvianolate acid, 56% starch, 0.5% magnesium stearate, 5% aspartame, 0.5% fruit essences, 25% disintegrant(I.e. 20% microcrystalline cellulose, 5% low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose), 7% crospovidone, and 6% polyvinylpyrrolidone K 30.The prepared tablets disintegrated totally within 23.5 s and tasted good. CONCLUSION: The op-timized preparation technology is simple and convenient, and the preparation is up to the standard.关键词
