Determination of Tanshinol in Human Plasma by RP-HPLC
目的:建立一种测定人体血浆中丹参素浓度的反相高效液相色谱方法.方法:色谱柱为Kromasil-C_8(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-磷酸二氢钾(95:5,用磷酸调节pH至2.8),流速为1.0 mL·min~(-1),检测波长为281 nm,柱温为25℃,内标为对-氨基苯甲酸.结果:丹参素的检测浓度在2.72～1 561.58 ng·mL~(-1)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 4),检测下限为1.0 ng…查看全部>>
OBJECTIVE: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of tanshinol in human plasma.METHODS: The determination was performed on Kromasil-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm).
