Abstract
Nicotine adsorbed by charcoal filter was extracted by Soxhlet method. Acidity of solvent, nicotine extracting condition, precision and accuracy of the method were investigated. Results showed that there was no significant influence of the acidity of methanol solution on nicotine extraction for acetate filters. Acidic methanol was efficient for extracting nicotine in charcoal filters. Shaking was not sufficient for nicotine extraction in charcoal filter. Soxhlet method showed good efficiency for extracting nicotine in charcoal filter. Recoveries were higher than 98% . The C. V of the method was lower than 4%.关键词
