Enlightenment from Research and Management Practices of Disaster Economics at Home and Abroad
摘要
Abstract
Disaster economics and management are studied from different perspectives by Chinese and foreign scholars and some respective viewpoints are formed. Governments of various countries have accumulated much experiences on disaster prevention and reduction and post-disaster reconstruction. Those viewpoints and experiences have laid a basis for further study on mechanism of disaster management. Combining with heavy losses from M8. 0 Wenchuan earthquake and problems in the post-disaster reconstruction, humanism disaster management mechanism and basic strategy on sustainable reconstruction of earthquake-stricken area in China are proposed.关键词
