Studies on Flavones from Flos Chrysanthemi Indici
目的:研究野菊的干燥头状花序中的化学成分.方法:用硅胶柱色谱法及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法进行分离纯化,依据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物结构.结果:从野菊仡的80%乙醇提取物中分离得到了7个黄酮化合物,分别被鉴定为:木犀草素(1)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、木犀草素-7-O-(6"-O-乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、香叶木素(4)、香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、异泽兰黄素(6)和芹菜素(7).结论:化合物…查看全部>>
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici. Methods: Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column ehromatography.
