Screening and identification of a high β-glucosidase producing strain and its ion beams mutation
摘要
Abstract
A novel srtain for producing β-gluoosidases was isolated from soil and grapes by modified medium and was identified as Aspergillus niger by 18S Rnda. The strain was mutated by low-energy ion implantation and a genetically stable mutant H68 was obtained. Compared with the wild strain, its enzyme activity was improved 53%.关键词
