阿拉伯胶酶产生菌株的筛选及其发酵培养基的优化
Screening of high producing strain for arabic gum degrading enzyme and its optimization of fermentation medium

Abstract
A fungi strain, which could produce arabic gum degrading enzyme, was screened out from soil, and then was identified as Fusarium sp. By the characteristic of its morphology of clone and spore. After mutagenesis by ultraviolet, a high-yielding strain designated ZHB05F was selected out. Further, the composition of fermentation medium for enzyme production was optimized. The results showed that the optimal fermentation medium was consisted of arabic gum 30 g/L, (NH4)2SO4 8 g/L, K2HPO4 1 g/L, MgSO4 ·7H2O 0.5 g/L, KC10.5 g/L, FeSO4 · 7H2O 0.01 g/L and H3BO3 0.01 g/L with pH 5~6, the activity of enzyme was up to 147.7U/mL produced by the strain ZHB05F.关键词
