锂离子电池的热稳定性和大电流充放电稳定性研究
Study on Thermal and Large Charge-discharge Stability of Li-ion Batteries
摘要
Abstract
The stability of DLG IRC18490 cylindrical lithium-ion batteries(LiCoO2/C) under the conditions of different temperature and different charge currents were investigated.The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy characteristics in different conditions indicated the instability of the lithium-ion batteries.Meanwhile,I0,an important kinetic characteristic of the electron transfer process,was obtained by theoretical calculation.Analysis showed that the growing of electrolyte interface film(Rsei) and charge transfer resistance(Rct) were increased from room temperature to 60 ℃.Noticeably,Rct which was heavily depended upon the battery SoC was declined considerably with the increase of SoC.The qualitative physical explanation and quantitative theoretical calculation were given on these phenomena above.These results are of great significance to the application of lithium-ion batteries.关键词
