摘要

Abstract

Objective To assess the Photopic negative response (PhNR) in 18 groups of different background and stimulation lights with different intension and color in normal children and children with hypermetropic ambly-opia. Mehtods PhNR was performed on 32 children (41 amhlyopic eyes) with hypermetropic amhlyopia and 18 normal children (18 eyes). The amplitude and wave latency of PhNR were recorded and analyzed. Results The PhNR amplitude in a wave of red flashes (stimulus intenstie of 3cd·s/m2) on a blue background(luminance of 40cd/m2)was 52.85 ± 12.91 μv and 44.59 ± 10.67 μv, respectively in the hypermetropic amblyopic eyes and the control cases with difference (P=0.021); The PhNR amplitude in a wave of green flashes (stimulus intenstie of 7cd·s/m2 ) oh a white background (luminance of 30cd/m2) was 65.09 ± 16.24 μv and 52.84 ± 11.20μv, respectively in the hypermetropic amblyopic eyes and the control cases with a significant difference (P=0.005); There was no significant difference in the hypermetropic amblyopic eyes and the control cases in other wave (P>0.05)o And there was no significant difference in wave latency of PhNR in the hypermetropic amblyopic eyes and the control eyes (P>0.05). Conclusions The retinal ganglion cells in children with hypermetropic amhlyopia are sensitive to some lights of a certain colour and intension.
