Abstract
Objective To examine 0~6 aged children's refractive status by using Suresight vision screening device, to find out the rule of refraction development and study on refraction health care and referral standard of using Suresight vision screening device. Methods 4853 health 0~6 aged children (9706 eyes) were examined with Suresight vision screening device. The frequencies, P50 and reference ranges of P25-P75 of the spherical lens and the cylindrical lens of nine groups were obtained respectively. Results It is found that with the age increasing, the reference ranges of the spherical lens and the reference ranges of the cylindrical lens of eyes, the scope of normality decrease gradually, and they become relatively stable after 1 year old. Conclusions The children whose spherical lens deviate from P25~P75(D) and cylindrical lens ＜P75(D) should be seen as the normal children, and should be examined regularly. The children whose spherical lens deviate ＜P25 or ＞P75(D) and cylindrical lens ＞P75(D) should be seen as the referral children, and should undergo mydriasis with atropine in the ophthalmic clinic.关键词
