Influences of Co Ions Implantation on the Physical Properties of ZnO Nanorods
摘要
Abstract
ZnO nanorods were doped by Co ion implantation. The micro structure varieties were observed by contrasted undoped and Co doped samples. The photoluminescence results showed a distinct contrast, which suggested the defects of ZnO nanorods increased after Co ion implantation. Moreover, the observed ferromagnetism in Co ion plantation samples may be attributed to the increasing oxygen vacancies.关键词
