黄藤合剂的急性毒性和药效学研究
Effects on Acute Toxicity, Analgesia and Anti-inflammatory of Huangteng Vinum in Mice
摘要
Abstract
Pain threshold and reaction were used to detect analgesic effect; blood capillary permeability and the content of PGE2 in inflammatory tissue were used to study anti-inflammatory effect. The maximum dose of administratior without toxicity was 76. 8 g/kg, 100 folds greater than that of adult of 60 kg body weight. Huangteng Vinum could obviously relieved the pain reaction induced by thermal stimulus as well as Hac in mice. It also could inhibit the swelling of foot and reduce the content of PGE2 induced by carra-geenan, and inhibit blood capillary permeability. Huangteng Vinum was safe administrated per o. S. , and it possess analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, which may relate to reduction of the content of PGE2.关键词
