医疗纠纷人民调解委员会现状分析——以温州为例
The Status Quo of the Medical Dispute People(s) Meditation Committee(MDMC)——Take the city Wenzhou as an example

Abstract
Objective: To provide reasonable suggestions for the construction of Medical Dispute Peopled Meditation Committee (hereinafter referred to as MDMC) with the Wenzhou characteristics. Method: Major research methods include questionnaire investigation, on -spot interview, oral interview, and telephone interview. Result: Existing questions in the current MDMC are the lack of publicity and the lack of protection in its operational fairness. Conclusion: It is suggested to increase step by step the mass's recognition of MDMC by enriching the means and contents of publicity, build a highly qualified team of mediators in order to guarantee the efficiency of dispute mediation, establish a mediation auditing system for guaranteeing the mediation justice, and strengthen relevant legislations to safeguard the authority of mediation.关键词
