摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the content of timosaponin B II in Zhizi jinhua pill by a high performance liquid chromatography coupled with evaporative light-scattering detector ( HPLC-ELSD ) method. Methods The operation was performed on a Diamonsil-Cg column using aeetonitrile-water(21: 79) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL ? Min"' and the column temperature of 30 'C. The temperature of drift tube and gas pressure of the detector was set at 80 t and 206. 85 kPa, respectively. Results Within the test range of 8.2 -82.0 (tg ? mL"' ,the logarithm of the concentration of timosaponin B II versus the logarithm of the peak area showed good correlation (r =0.999 7) ,and the average recovery was 99. 1 % with RSD of 2. 63% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method established could be used for quantitative determination of timosaponin B II due to its convenience,time-saving,good reproducibility and high accuracy.关键词
