Determination of the content of timosaponin B Ⅱ in Zhizi jinhua pill by HPLC-ELSD
目的 建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法测定栀子金花丸中知母皂苷BⅡ的含量.方法 采用Diamonsil-C8色谱柱,柱温为30℃；以乙腈-水（体积比21∶79）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1；蒸发光散射检测器检测,漂移管温度为80℃,载气压力206.85 kPa.结果 知母皂苷BⅡ质量浓度在8.2～82.0 μg·mL-1范围内,其对数值与峰面积对数值呈良好的线性关系(r =0.9997),平均回收率为99.1％,RSD为2..63…查看全部>>
