生长激素对体外受精-胚胎移植反复种植失败患者疗效分析
Explore the effect of growth hormone on patients with recurrent implantation failures undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of growth hormone on patients with recurrent implantation failures( RIF) undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods 116 patients with RIF were divided into two groups. 53 patients in the study group underwent new IVF-ET cycle with adding growth hormone (GH), while 61 patients in the control group underwent new IVF-ET cycle without adding GH. Results The fertilization rate,the cleavage rate,the number of good embryos,the implantation rate and pregnant rate in the study group were found to be significantly(P <0. 05) higher than the control group,which were respectively 87.9% vs 84.0% ,82.9% vs 75. 7% ,(4.22 ±3. 13)vs(2. 88 ± 2.73),34.5% vs 18.0% and 25. 5% vs 9. 8%. Meanwhile, there were significantly ( P<0.01) better in the level of estrogen on HCG day and thickness of endometrium in the study group,compared with the control group,which were respectively( 11.0 ±4. 77) ×l03nmol/L vs( 9.0±4.8) × 103nmol/L and ( 11. 29 ± 1.64)mm vs ( 10.03 ±1.49) mm. There were no significant difference(P > 0. 05) in Gn days, Gn dose and the number of oocytesin two groups. There was a declining trend of abortion rate in the study group, but no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion Growth hormone is helpful for patients with RIF undergoing the new IVF-ET cycle. GH can promote oocytes to mature and improve the endo-metrial receptivity, which are devoted to explain for the better implantation rate and the better pregnant rate.关键词
