摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To build a independent innovation capability evaluation index system for traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing enterprises according to contents and features of the independent innovation in traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing enterprises. METHODS: The draft of index system had been made by consulting documents and a meeting of focus group discussion, the index system had been determined by Delphi consultation and analytic hierarchy process, and a measurement had been done by benchmarking contrast. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: The final determined independent innovation capability evaluation index system for traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing enterprises has been made up of five first-class indexes and thirty-one second-class indexes, and it has good science, rationality and practicality.关键词
