补康灵对Lewis肺癌小鼠癌性恶病质的改善作用研究
Improvement Effect of Bukangling on Carcinemia in Mice with Lewis Lung Cancer

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of bukangling on carcinemia in mice with Lewis lung cancer. METHODS: Mice C57BL/6 Lewis lung cancer model were established after mice inoculated with Lewis lung cancer cell suspension through posterior line axillary 6th intercostal extrapleural approach. The changes of physiological conditions (body weight, food and water intake, survival time), the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-α), interleukin -6 (IL-6) and interleukin-l(IL-l) were observed in the experiment. RESULTS: Bukangling could significantly increase water and food intake of carcinemia mice, and inhibited the loss of body weight(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05). Levels of TNF-a, IL-1 and IL-6 decreased in Bukangling group obviously(P＜ 0.05). CONCLUSION: Bukangling has remarkably effect on carcinemia in mice with Lewis lung cancer, which may depend on the change of TNF-a, IL-1 and IL-6 levels.关键词
